We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
a) Analysis of the use, improvement and securing of the performance of our website;
b) Review, conduct and respond to reservation requests through our website;
c) sending newsletters, information and marketing material;
d) enforcement or defense against legal claims;
e) Compliance with recording, information and reporting obligations, insofar as required by law;

Origin of personal data:

We collect this data exclusively from you by notifying us when you place your online order, when making a reservation request or when registering for our newsletter, or by collecting it based on your use of our website.

This processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned under 1. is based on the following legal bases:

Data processing for purposes 1a) and 1d):
The data processing for this purpose is based on the fact that we have a legitimate interest in improving and securing the performance of our website in order to make our website as attractive as possible for you, as well as that we have a legitimate interest in any Legal claims that could arise in connection with our website and defend us against any such legal claims (Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR).

Data processing for purposes 1b):
The data processing for this purpose is based on the fact that this processing is necessary so that we can fulfill our contract with you or carry out the pre-contractual reservation measures initiated by you (Art 6 Para 1 lit b GDPR).

Data processing for purpose 1c):
Data processing for this purpose is based on our legitimate interest in informing you about our products and promotions (Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR). You can object to these mailings at any time (see below).

Data processing for purpose 1e):
The data processing for this purpose is based on the fact that the processing of this data is necessary so that we can fulfill our legal obligations, namely the legal recording, information and reporting obligations (Art 6 Para 1 lit c GDPR).

Forwarding your personal data to third parties:

We use IT service providers as processors to ensure the security, accessibility and efficiency of our website and work environment. Your personal data may also be made available to them for the above-mentioned purposes (1a-1e).
We also use marketing service providers to achieve the above-mentioned purpose 1c), to whom your contact details may be made available for this purpose.
Finally, we will forward your personal data to the other companies of ETII Gastronomie GmbH for the above-mentioned purposes, insofar as this is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes. All companies of ETII Gastronomie GmbH will only process this data for the above-mentioned purposes (1a-1e) and guarantee an adequate level of data protection.
If necessary for the above purpose 1d), we may forward your personal data to our legal representatives and to courts. If necessary and legally required to achieve the above-mentioned purpose 1e), we will forward your personal data to authorized authorities or third parties.
We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area without first obtaining your consent (which you can revoke at any time).

Storage of your personal data:

Your personal data will only be kept by us for as long as reasonably deemed necessary by us to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and as permitted by applicable law. In any case, we store your personal data as long as there are statutory retention requirements or the limitation periods for potential legal claims (in particular the seven-year retention period pursuant to Section 212 UGB) have not yet expired. We will keep your data longer than this period if and as long as we need it to enforce or to defend against concrete legal claims.

Voluntary provision of personal data:

The provision of your personal data is generally voluntary (see below for the possibility of refusing data processing via cookies). However, if you do not provide the data, you may not be able to use all the functions of our website i.e. to process your reservation request. 
The following details are mandatory in the reservation form: title, first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, day and time of the desired reservation and number of people. The provision of all other data is voluntary and not necessary so that we can process your reservation request.

Cookies:

We use cookies on our website for the purposes mentioned under 1. above. These are small text files that are stored on your device, are used to collect and store statistical information and are sometimes necessary for certain website functions (e.g. playing videos, etc.). Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Others remain on your device and enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit (permanent cookies). You can see the duration of permanent cookies in your browser settings.

Based on the cookies set on your device, we determine statistical data in order to improve the performance of our website, identify problem areas and thus offer you the best possible customer experience. We will never link this statistical data with other data and make no reference to identified or identifiable people.

The statistical data are only evaluated in anonymized form. This data processing is based on our legitimate interest in improving our website and solving problems with the website (Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR).

Google Analytics:

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), based on our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the user is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with other services related to the use of this online offer and the internet. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.

We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases.

The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser is not merged with other Google data. The users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; Users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the online offer and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http: // tools .google.com / dlpage / gaoptout? hl = en.

The personal data of the users will be deleted or anonymized after 26 months.
